INTEGRITI

1. Definisi Integriti - Satu kualiti dan ciri positif yang wujud secara keseluruhan pada individu dan organisasi. Ciri dan kualiti integriti mengandungi unsur “wholeness” (yakni kewujudan secara berpadu sebagai keseluruhan) pada diri individu ataupun organisasi. Dalam akhlak Islam, integriti bersesuaian dengan sifat-sifat benar, amanah, setia, pegangan teguh, peribadi teguh, peribadi mulia, mu’min yang bertaqwa dan sebagainya, yang membawa pengertian menyeluruh pengamalan nilai-nilai akhlak yang diperlihatkan dalam diri Rasulullah s.a.w.

2. Oxford Dictionary mentafsirkan ‘integrity’ sebagai quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, the state of being whole and undivided dan the condition of being unified or sound in construction.

3. Y.A.Bhg. Tun Mahathir, bekas Perdana Menteri Malaysia
mengatakan ‘Integriti’ berkait amat rapat dengan pembentukan dan pengukuhan etika yang baik. ‘Amanah’ dalam pengurusan, umpamanya, adalah sebahagian daripada etika yang baik

The most crucial point during the interview, The first impression!!

The first introduction part in english.

1)The introduction part: Tell me about yourself (in english)

Dont talk too long, emphasize on things like

1) I believe im the right candidate to be a (gelaran Jawatan yg di pohon, cth; as PTD officer) since my academic credentials, my involvements in extracurricular activities, and my pleasant personality have prepared me for this position.

2) Why i want to be a (gelaran Jawatan yg di pohon, cth; as PTD officer)? Because i would like to work for the society, repay back what the govt have contributed to me in my entire life.

The job functions matches my interests and enable me to see working life in different perspectives.

3) Why you should choose me?

Because i posses high initiatives to learn something new, although im from engineering background, but i do believe that my positive attitudes will enable me to be success in any given field.

This is the first introduction "of your life", the very beginning of the interview..

Practice your introduction and make sure your dictions/pronounciations are
correct and im sure u will nailed it down.


2) If you cannot answer the questions, dont create stories, but be sincere in admitting the truth..

3) dont forget to Say "Good Morning, assalamualaikum and thank them for giving you the opportunity to be interviewed.."

4) last but not least, if you were asked provocative questions, be Calm, answered with maturity and smile..(although it is very difficult)..Insyallah.

Tips Untuk Menghadiri Temuduga (berdasarkan Pengalaman)

Pakaian : korang p interview buat mcm korang dah jadi jawatan apa yg korang pohon. So faham2 lah mcm pakai blazor, nametag ka kalau ada, stokin kasut sumalah

1. Before masuk, at least tanya d kaunter sapa nama panel

2. Then borak lah sket dgn bakal-bakal yg akan diinterview. At least bole cover sket apa-apa info yg x tahu.

3. Masuk ketuk pintu n beri salam. sdh masuk jgn lupa tutup pintu sendiri (walaupon ada engsel). Tuggu sampai panel srh duduk

4. Duduk diam. Mata jgn melilau..

5. Before that make sure susun ikut aturan start dari ic n sijil beranak dan setrusnya (baru tahu kita ni teratur n ikut arahan)

5. The make urself comfortablelah. Jgn resah, senyum of course.

6. Jawab dgn teliti apa yg ditnya. Jgn melalut. Jgn jwb selagi soalan blom habis dtnya.

7. Jwb jgn belagak pandai.. Walaupon korang tahu jwpan buat-buatlah berfikir sekejap.

8. Ni tips paling best. Bila berpikir untuk menjawab (makesure mata melihat ke lantai) rather than melihat ke atas. Org yg tgk ke lantai mmg org yg berffikir tapi yg melihat ke atas n mata melilau x tahu apa yg korang nak jawab.

9. Kalau x tahu, jawab jak x tahu.. Tapi dgn sopanlahkan.. Jgn men belasah jak jwpan..Haha

10. Then after that, kalau dia tanya ada apa-apa soalan, tnya jak seberapa byk, itu tunjukkan korang mmg berminat..

11. Ni lagi best. tdk tahulah korang berani x? Let say kalau dia tnya where do u c urself in 5 years? Ha apa korang nak jawab..

Jwapan yg aku rasa paling best ialah: I wll be sitting on your chair and asking the same question.. hehe…ada berani ka? Musti berani..
